RuffTown Records signee Wendy Shay is set to light up West Hills Mall with her annual Shay Concert.

Scheduled for December 20, 2019 at the 7pm, the event is expected to have Medikal, Patapaa, Fameye, KiDi, Kuami Eugene, Sista Afia, Eno, OV, Freda Rhymz, DopeNation, Kofi Mole and label mate Fantana join the singer perform to music lovers who would throng the venue from all walks of life.
